Home workouts and online classes you can do from home
1. Body conditioning and stretching for dancers
Jennifer White is offering a range of online classes, live right from Facebook! You can join by going to her Facebook page and following the instructions to join her Facebook group where the classes will take place.
2. Daily group workouts on Zoom
Angel Skeete has organised a daily exercise group, weekday mornings at 7:00am for intermediate level and 7:30am for beginners. This group is great if you needed some moral support or motivation to get going, as you’ll all be working out live together. Sessions will also take place at the weekends – 8:00am and 8:30pm.
3. TsukiWarrior Workouts on Zoom
TsukiWarrior is offering daily workouts on Zoom in a variety of fitness styles. You can see her schedule below:
